Processing Times
All orders are handmade and packaged with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships. During holidays or high‑volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Packages returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address can be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help resolve the issue.
